The location of the hotel is great, with stunning views and surrounded by beautiful nature. You can easily explore the nearby national park and enjoy hiking trails. the rooms are comfortable and provide the essentials. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area and even offering transportation to restaurants and the bus station.

The value for money at this hotel was very good, especially considering it was during the busy New Year's period. the staff, particularly Yvan the owner and Rodrigo the receptionist, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even offered to drive us to outside restaurants and the bus station, which was a great convenience. the view and surroundings of the hotel were simply amazing. We were treated to breathtaking views of the mountains and the beautiful natural landscape. It felt like being in the Alps, with the peacefulness and tranquility that comes with it. the location of the hotel was also key, being close to several hiking trails and other tourist attractions. It made exploring the area very easy and convenient. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the comfortable rooms or chalets. Although they were basic, they provided all the essential amenities we needed for our stay. It was a cozy and homely place to relax after a long day of hiking and exploring.
There were honestly no negative aspects to our experience at this hotel. All our expectations were met and exceeded, and we had a fantastic time during our New Year's stay.
